Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Devynium and its customers regarding the sale of OpenClaw installation and development services.

Article 2 - Services

Devynium offers the following services:

• Complete OpenClaw installation on VPS server
• Server configuration and security
• Custom skills development
• Usage training
• Technical support

Article 3 - Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros including tax. Payment is made as follows:

• 50% upon order
• 50% upon delivery

Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.

Article 4 - Delivery Time

Installation is guaranteed within 24h after receipt of payment and provision of necessary access. In case of delay, a 50% discount is automatically applied.

Article 5 - Money-Back Guarantee

A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Article 6 - Support

Technical support is included according to the chosen package:

• Starter: 30 days
• Pro: 90 days
• Enterprise: custom

Article 7 - Liability

Devynium commits to providing a professional service in accordance with quality standards. The customer remains responsible for the use they make of the service and their server.

Article 8 - Applicable Law

These conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
